As we age, physical changes, health conditions and medications make us more at risk of a fall.  Falls put people at risk of serious injury and some people can then have ‘a fear of falling’ which makes them less independent and not as active as they used to be.  Some falls prevent tips are as follows;

-          Exercise regularly

-          Check your sight and hearing

-          Make a falls prevention plan with your GP

-          Review your medication annually

-          Look after your feet

-          Eat a healthy diet
