John Holt Cancer Support Foundation Warrington

The John Holt Cancer Support Foundation are a local voluntary registered charity that believes makes significant contribution to the lives of many individuals and their families affected by cancer.

The organisation gives practical support, advice and guidance to those affected by cancer as well as providing them with a community of fellow members and volunteers that understand what they are going through. They offer a wide range of free activities, therapies and counselling.

At sometimes in our lives we may need a bit of extra support to help give us direction or to help us through the dark days. The John Holt Foundation counselling team are here to support you for however long it takes. all counselling and support services are professional, confidential and free.

One to one support

One to one support workers for also available for members who do not want ongoing counselling. One of the support team is always available to listen and support you.

How do I start?

One of our counsellors will arrange to meet with you, to discuss the sessions and contracts in order to continue assisting and supporting you. You will be given an appointment to suit you and our counsellor. If you need help outside of this appointment please contact our Co-ordinator Chris who will assist you. Please contact 01925 240054.

Due to the high running cost of our centre, we have decided to move and continue our services out into the community.

We have temporarily relocated to: 

The Quakers Friends Meeting House, 1 Academy Way, WA1 2NR.

We meet every Tuesday 13:00 - 16:00 and Friday 10:00 - 13:00

We still have activities and support sessions going on, suggested donations apply.
