Martial Arts are a form of self-defence and the sport is an excellent way of keeping fit. It is also good for discipline and self-confidence.
The Academy was founded in 1985 by our Chief Instructor Ged Dolan. Since then our Academy in the North west of England has grown substantially to ten clubs producing many Black belts.
There are also adult classes available at the Fairfield location - please see the separate activity for the details of these classes.
