We are providers of domiciliary home care based in Great Sankey providing care for adults in Warrington and also the surrounding areas.

Hummingbird Home Care are extremely passionate and committed in providing holistic personalised support to a high standard for our clients, therefore enabling them to remain living at home, also aiming to give them the best support and home care that we can.

We’re focusing on supporting our clients and their needs in a person centered manner, also to help in keeping them as Independent as possible whilst maintaining there dignity and choice.

We ensure our support workers are given the best training possible to look after our clients specific needs. All our support workers will be supported and made to feel appreciated by all of us here at Hummingbird.

Hummingbird tailor each clients personal specific needs and requirements by offering a bespoke home care person centered package.

Our aim is for our clients to feel confident, to be comfortable, safe and happy with their support workers.

We achieve this by aiming to provide a small consistent team of support workers that are individually matched to each of our clients therefore building a strong trusting relationship together.

The support is provided to the client in their place of residence, also the client will choose the time and frequency of their visits.

The minimum length of a visit is half an hour, however we believe it is best practice for both the client and support worker to have a minimum of an hour visit.

The frequency and length of the visits depends on the client’s needs and this will be discussed during the initial assessment.

We operate 365 days a year day and night.

We are a private company where most of our client’s mainly fund themselves. However we also work closely with social care and continuing health care, also where client’s are in receipt of support towards their care costs.
